“Tabula Transcendentiae-

The Map of the Transcendence-”

humanoise Art Exhibition

Presented by UltraSuperNew Gallery x METAMO Industries

‘Tabula Transcendentiae’ is artist humanoise (Taketo Kobayashi)’s first solo art

exhibition in Singapore. As seen through constant efforts and previous exhibitions,

the artist-cum-curator chooses to create artworks which act as catalysts for the

expansion of human consciousness and our shift into next dimension as a species. humanoise believes that there’s more to evolution and that we are responsible for the “intelligence” that we have acquired through evolution to take it to a higher state. humanoise comments “I’m not sure if we will make it in time to evolve into a gentler, wiser species before we destroy ourselves over territorial fears, but the process of creating and connecting people through art is the least I can do to show our potential.” As a “post-digital artist”, humanoise dissolves the boundaries between art and technology, the virtual and real world, materialising his concepts into diverse artworks. humanoise says he’s trying to be more narrative by implementing his self reflected character “Kakusha(覚者-awaken-)” through his artworks. Each of the pieces in ‘Tabula Transcendentiae’ is part of the journey of Kakusha and a reflection of humanoise’s concepts. ‘Connecting the Dots’ is another important factor in this exhibition which seeks to appeal to the basic human desire to interact and connect with one another. humanoise collaborates with 8 renowned local artists, provoking them with new digital technology to create novel printed artworks. According to him, “Building a strong artistic community through collaboration is my way to make this world more peaceful and fruitful." All 2D prints are created with Mimaki’s JFX200-2513, operated by humanoise himself and structured meticulously with layers of images. humanoise will also exhibit his full color 3D printed artwork series ‘NamelessOnes’. Created with Mimaki’s 3DUJ-553, NamelessOnes will show forefront fusion of art and technology.
